SKANEATELES FESTIVAL

Venues

Where It All Happens

From sweeping vistas to starlit nights to intimate stages, home is where the music is. Our venues offer unique experiences that will delight your senses. You’ll feel like you can reach right out and touch the music. Some may even leave you with the feeling that you just experienced world class music in the comfort of your living room or around the backyard campfire. Our goal is that you feel as close to greatness as possible!

SATURDAY EVENING CONCERTS

Robinson Pavilion at Anyela’s Vineyards

The Pavilion provides a full view of both the musicians and Skaneateles Lake. The venue projects and reflects the sound of the music clearly no matter where the audience is located on the property — in the chairs in front of the stage, along the hill that slopes up from the stage, or at the tables outside the winery.

Robinson Pavilion at Anyela’s Vineyards

2433 West Lake Road, Skaneateles, NY 13152 (about 4.5 miles south of Route 20)

Parking at Robinson Pavilion is free and will be directed by volunteers

SEATING

Gates open at 6:00pm – Concerts begin promptly at 8pm

“A” ticket seating is open seating with chairs provided — designated near the front of the stage and on the upper terrace areas at the Robinson Pavilion.
“B” ticket seating is lawn seating, “first come, first served” on the grass tiers of the amphitheater. Bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on.

FOOD AND DRINK

Anyela’s Vineyard offers their own wine and local craft beer for sale as well as a variety of snacks.  Otherwise, pick up a “take away” from a local “Friends of the Festival” restaurant or bring your own hamper and feast under the stars.

Please Note: No alcohol or glass bottles are allowed to be brought into the concert.  All coolers and bags will be checked upon entry.

PREPARING

Many attendees like to make an evening of it with a picnic dinner, so if you want a seat close to the stage behind “A seating” you should arrive early. The pavilion lawn is terraced so even if you are not near the front, you will have a good view anywhere on the lawn.

Please note that most pathways are gravel or lawn, so “sensible” shoes are suggested to get to your seat.  See below if you need assistance with handicap access.

The temps may be warm when you arrive, but it can cool off considerably as the sun sets, so think about bringing a jacket.
If you have “B” seating tickets you’ll need to bring a folding lawn chair or blanket.

Portable toilets are located on the vineyard path along the north side of the lawn.

It will be dark by the end of the concert, so bring a flashlight or use your phone to help you find your car afterward.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY

We are happy to accommodate any accessibility needs of patrons and handicap seating is available in all price levels. At Robinson Pavilion, the accessible section is located on the terrace nearest the handicapped parking lot. This section is also close to the accessible restrooms.

Note: if you purchase a “B” seating lawn ticket you will need to bring your own chair for the terrace, as it will not be provided.

Please call our office at 315-685-7418 so that we can ensure the best accommodations.

SKANEATELES FESTIVAL MERCHANDISE

A variety of Skaneateles Festival merchandise will be available for purchase before each concert and during intermission. Guest artist CDs are often available on the nights they perform.  Credit cards and cash are both welcome.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND CELL PHONES

We would love for you to take lots of photos before and after the concerts and tag us on social media! We ask that you be considerate during the concert by silencing your phones and being aware of how your photography may be affecting your neighbors’ experience; we want everyone to enjoy the music in the moment. Please do not use flash during the concert.

INCLEMENT WEATHER NOTIFICATION ON SATURDAY EVENING CONCERTS

In the event of inclement weather, Saturday concerts will move to the rain location. That decision will be announced by 3pm the day of the concert via our website, Facebook, Instagram, voicemail and email (If you aren’t on our email list, it’s super easy to sign up here, we send great updates and Festival news!)
