They are composed of graduates of The Juilliard School\, The New England Conservatory\, Harvard University\, and the Curtis Institute of Music. The two-time GRAMMY Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning singer and instrumentalist\, MacArthur “Genius” grant recipient\, and composer of opera\, ballet\, and film leads the cross-cultural Silkroad Ensemble\, founded by cellist Yo-Yo Ma. Their new program\, Sanctuary: The Power of Resonance and Ritual\, brings together top folk and classical instrumentalists from around the world.  \nSelections to be announced at a later date. \nThe performance will be held at The Vine Theater at del Lago Resort.
