Lessons with Bach: Classes with Aaron Wunsch

Classes take place from 3 pm - 4 pm on Tuesday, August 9, 16, 23, and 30. $25 for 4 classes, and $40 for 8 sessions, including 4 classes and 4 workshops. Students will learn historical context, listening, performances. Immerse yourself in the musical world J. S. Bach – as listener and as student. How did he create his spiritual, awe-inspiring music? What did it mean to live and make music in his world? What can we learn from the brilliant teaching method he offered his own students? Join festival Artistic Director Aaron Wunsch for musical study, multimedia presentations in history, and exclusive live performances of Bach’s music by festival artists, at close range. Advanced registration is required.
